How often should I train?
How often you train depends on your goal and experience level. I usually recommend 2–3 personal training sessions a week for optimal recovery and steady progress.
Where do the personal training sessions take place?
Sessions are held mainly in professional gyms in Wrocław (e.g. Galeria Dominikańska). Training at other locations is also possible by arrangement.
Do I need a separate gym membership?
If you already have a Multisport / My Life / Be Active card, you don't need to buy an additional gym pass. Otherwise, a gym membership will need to be purchased separately.
I have no fitness background and have never been to a gym — will I manage?
Of course. Most of my clients started from zero. Every session is fully adapted to your current level. We focus on technique and building your fitness gradually.
How long does one personal training session last?
A standard session lasts about 60 minutes. It includes a warm-up, the main strength or functional part, and a cool-down with stretching at the end.
How much does a personal trainer cost in Wrocław?
The price depends on the package and how often you train. I offer four packages: START (4 sessions), PROGRESS (8 sessions), TRANSFORMATION (12 sessions) and COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION (16 sessions). The first consultation is free — let's talk and pick the best option for you.
Is a personal trainer worth the price?
Absolutely. A personal trainer is an investment in your health and real results. With an individual approach you train safely, avoid injuries and reach your goals 2–3 times faster than on your own. On average, my clients lose 10–25 kg in 12–16 weeks.
What does a first visit with a personal trainer look like?
The first consultation is free and takes about 20–30 minutes. We talk about your goals, your training history, any health limitations and your preferences. Based on that I recommend the right package and plan.
Do you offer online training?
Yes. I offer full online coaching — a personalised training plan, ongoing contact through a messenger, weekly plan adjustments and progress tracking. It's a perfect option if you're outside Wrocław or prefer to train at your own gym.
Do you help with nutrition?
Yes. In the PROGRESS package and higher you get a detailed diet review with recommendations. In the COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION package I provide full nutrition support with a meal plan tailored to your goals and food preferences.
