  • Initial consultation. I start with an in-depth analysis of your goals, health condition, level of advancement and training preferences. The consultation allows me to understand your needs and expectations.
  • You will receive a detailed training plan that includes exercises, progression method, number of sets, repetitions, RIR scale, pace and length of breaks. The plan will be tailored to your goal and capabilities.
